Abstract
Marco has a thin frame with hunched shoulders and his short dark hair lacks regular
maintenance unless a special event warrants a haircut. His parents were born
in Mexico, but he does not necessarily identify with his Mexican heritage. His
oldest cousin chastises Marco for not speaking Spanish fluently. Marco stands 5’9”,
but tells people he is 6’1”. His inflated sense of self bleeds into most aspects of life.
Although he borders on arrogant, his carefree attitude and harmless sarcasm make
him likeable. Similar to Kylee, the structure of his residence encourages participation
in school.
