Abstract
The proficiency exhibited on some courtroom performances that give life to several great films, transcends their subject matter and teaches lessons that cut across the lines, typically dividing plaintiffs from defendants, or civil from criminal matters. Here, Lipson examines some of Hollywood's greatest judicial moments that often happen in the criminal courtroom, so one can apply their lessons to civil actions as well.
