Dr. Cao is a Professor of Decision Sciences. She previously held the position of Director of Institutional Research and finished post-doctoral AACSB Program in Operation Management (Uni. of Toledo). She has an MBA (Supply Chain), MA (Higher Edu.), and Ph.D. in Edu. administration.
