Ehsan Danesh received his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Finance from the University of La Verne. He has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles on leadership, financial communication, and firm performance, and has presented his research at national and international academic conferences. His research explores financial communication, leadership styles, and organizational performance. He studies how executive narratives, leadership behaviors, and decision-making practices influence trust and strategic outcomes.
