Biography

Ehsan Danesh received his Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of La Verne and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). He has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles on leadership, financial communication, and firm performance and has presented his research at national and international academic conferences. His research explores financial communication, leadership styles, and organizational performance, with a particular focus on how executive narratives, leadership behaviors, and decision-making practices influence trust and strategic outcomes.
